At Mirha Studio, we want our customers to shop with confidence and receive their orders exactly as expected.

Open Parcel Facility

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are allowed to open and check the parcel before making the payment, where the open-parcel facility is available through the courier service.

Customers may check the parcel to verify:

  • The correct product has been delivered.

  • The product is in good condition.

  • The size, color, design, or other ordered details are correct.

If you find that the product is damaged, incorrect, or does not match your order, please do not accept the parcel and inform the courier representative immediately. You should also contact Mirha Studio as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Once the parcel has been accepted and payment has been made, any return or exchange will be subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

If you wish to return or exchange an accepted order, please contact us first. The customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges, depending on the reason for the return.

Please cooperate with the courier representative during the delivery and follow the applicable courier procedures. The availability of the open-parcel facility may vary depending on the courier service and delivery location.
